How We Score Network Sites
A hub site bundling multiple sites under one subscription. Think Adult Time, MindGeek networks, or Gamma Films.
Key insight: Bonus Content (15%) moves from 0% (standalone) to a real factor. Brand Popularity drops from 20% to 10% — what matters is what you get, not the brand name.
Scoring Weights
Bonus content gets scored because network access is the main selling point. Brand popularity matters less — networks aggregate content from multiple studios.
Criteria in Detail
Content Volume
20%Total videos and photo galleries, scaled by category benchmarks.
20% weight. Networks score on the total volume across all their member sites, not just the hub. High volume is expected and strongly rewarded.
Brand Popularity
10%Domain Rating, organic traffic, review coverage, and average score from other reviewers.
Reduced to 10%. Networks aggregate content from multiple studios — the individual brand matters less than the collective offering. A lesser-known but high-value network can still score well here.
Video Quality
15%Max resolution (4K/1080p/720p), downloads, streaming, DRM-free access, photo quality.
15% weight. We evaluate the best quality available across the network. If even some member sites offer 4K, the network benefits.
Update Frequency
15%New content cadence — from Daily to Stopped. Staleness penalty if last update was 30+ days ago.
15% weight. Networks are expected to update frequently given the number of member sites contributing content. Staleness is less common but still penalised.
Value for Money
15%Price per hour of content relative to category benchmarks.
15% weight. We calculate cost-per-hour across the entire accessible library. Networks typically perform well here due to sheer volume.
Site Features
10%Mobile support, model index, no upsells, live chat, DRM-free downloads, scene dates.
10% weight. Evaluated on the hub site's features. A unified model index, mobile support, and clean UX across the network all contribute.
Bonus Content
15%For network members and networks: quantity and quality of additional sites included.
15% weight for networks. We score the number and quality of member sites included. 50+ sites = near maximum. Average score of member sites adds a quality bonus.
